This page could easily include all products and services currently available, the design of Ludum Vitae will support problems of any size. We believe that any existing product or service could find value by implementing at least one feature within the platform. Platforms that don't offer better incentive structures will fail.

Our personal Why's

• Why do we continue to use services that don't have our best interest in mind?
• Why is it so hard to get rewarded for referring your friends to your favorite products and services.
• Why do you use these services that act as middlemen?
• Why is it hard to coordinate a house party and time consuming?
• Why is it hard to ask for help, and receive help?

Ourselves (a Startup) & Self Improvement

Our first use case is ourselves, we want this to organize Ludum Vitae Core as well as our life. We have been greatly impacted by the difficulties of reaching alignment when participating in multiple groups. The first sphere in Ludum Vitae is called Sphere Zero, from this we will show the network effect and other benefits growing a sphere.

Coaching & Startups

Ludum Vitae expects to be very successful in the areas coaching, offering a comprehensive platform that mirrors the essence of what startups require for acceleration. At its core, coaching is about unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance; it is fundamentally similar to nurturing a startup, where the focus is on growth, overcoming obstacles, and achieving set goals. Ludum Vitae encapsulates this ethos by providing a system that fosters self-awareness, accountability, and strategic planning. This approach is akin to the methodologies employed by startup accelerators, which use coaching-style software to guide startups through the tumultuous early stages of business development.

These accelerators focus on mentorship, resource allocation, and strategic advice—elements that are deeply embedded in Ludum Vitae’s functionalities. The platform’s emphasis on goal setting, feedback loops, and community support mirrors the collaborative, feedback-oriented environment of successful startup accelerators. By aligning individual growth with organizational development, Ludum Vitae serves as an invaluable tool for coaching, whether for personal advancement or in steering a startup towards success.

It's always the same

Deciding Who is in and Who is out is the common theme among all groups. It's common to think of a business as being part of your group, but they are, even if its a temporary transaction.

Intentional communities

Our favorite use-case currently and something we have involvement with, to help develop communities with particular goals that enjoy sustainability. Without some better structures to use, they can easily find disagreement often failing before getting off the ground.

• Defining values and understanding the mission statement.
• Automatic rejection of people who are too far out of alignment.
• Discover hidden disagreements and resolve them before they bubble up and cause more drama.
• Easier buyouts of individuals
• Possible trade of ownership between different communities.
• Ejection of mis-aligned people who don't contribute work required within that community.

Startup Accelerators

Ludum Vitae solves a big problem, the efficient use of capital. While providing Ludum Vitae young organizations that are flexible enough to support using a new structure of organization. Ludum Vitae Core will behave much like a startup accelerator even if we don't focus on it, it is a emergent property of the system.

Tracking KPI (Key Performance Indicators)

Lots of attention can be given by multiple resources, within the Startup and Outside of the startup. Instead of the Startup accessing the shared site, the Accelerator would see into the Start-up.

Reallocation of Capital

With a pre-accelerator we could gamify the skin-in-the-game deposits so a portion of startups may get refunded more or less than what they put in, based on the key milestones. This intensifies the
