The type of dystopian social credit system most people think about is built on inconsistent or hidden rules, LV is designed to have consistent rules that anyone can verify regardless of social factors.

Bringing Community Credit Back

Ludum Vitae is reviving the age-old tradition of community credit, where the value and credit of an individual were determined by their contributions and reputation within their local social networks. In times past, the merit of a person was recognized and rewarded within small, tight-knit communities, where everyone knew each other and understood each others values and personal relationships were the foundation of trust and support. By leveraging modern technology, Ludum Vitae re-establishes these principles of communal recognition and merit-based acknowledgment. It creates a digital village where every action, contribution, and interaction is geared towards fostering a supportive and interconnected community. Participants, referred to as Members, are recognized and advanced not by superficial metrics but by genuine contributions to the collective well-being, echoing the communal support systems of old.

Community Credit not Social Credit

Ludum Vitae is not a social credit system because its foundation and operational principles significantly diverge from the characteristics traditionally associated with social credit systems.
